CMCP700S Series Slim Line Transmitters

The CMCP700S Series Signal Conditioning Cards or Transmitters are designed to provide high channel counts in less linear space by using 12.5mm wide Slim Line Case. Active Buffered outputs are provided by terminal connection only as the slim design does not allow room for a standard BNC connector. The CMCP700S Series is designed to be used with STI’s CMCP7500MMS 19” Rack Mounted Monitoring System that provides front panel BNC connectors. The CMCP700S may also be used with the Plants DCS/PLC Systems in a standalone fashion.

	CMCP700S-CV Case Vibration The CMCP700S-CV (Case Vibration) accepts an Accelerometer or Velocity Sensor Input. 4ma Constant Current Power for the sensor is provided. Standard input is 100 mv/g or 100 mv/in/sec (4 mv/mm/sec). The CMCP700S-CV provides an output in either Acceleration (g’s) or Velocity (in/sec, mm/sec). With a Velocity Sensor Input either a Velocity or Displacement (mils, um) output is available. Both ISO Standard and ISO Low Frequency are DIP switch selectable. RMS or Peak Signal Detection is selectable.
	CMCP700S-RV Relative Vibration The CMCP700S-RV (Relative Vibration) accepts a Proximity Probe Sensor Input and creates -24 VDC onboard for sensor power. Standard input is 200 mv/mil (7.87 mv/um) and the CMCP700S-RV provides an output in Displacement (mils, um). Signal Detection is “Peak to Peak”.
	CMCP700S-DC Thrust Position, Temperature, DC The CMCP700S-DC Transmitter can be used with any standard or long range Proximity Probe System to monitor Thrust Position, or Turbine Differential Expansion. The CMCP700S-DC creates -24VDC onboard for proximity sensor system power. Other parameters such as Case Expansion using a DC LVDT, or Temperature from a Solid State Temperature Sensor can also be monitored and easily DIP switch selectable.
